every time kickapoo shawnee has a hot seat drawing they change the rules of timing in the middle of the game.Last nite, same thing, hot seat on sundays in may, 5-10pm, every 15 min, 55.00 kickback, at 615pm, nothing, went to the front and asked, she went to some one else cause she didnt know, the lady comes back with the hot seat gal and her clip board and says, yes, every 15 minutes...2 minutes later she announces a hot seat winner and the next winner will be at 7 pm ? what? i was mad and schocked, asked again, she said they can change the game and the rules whenever they want??!!!! seriously?? do no play the hot seats at kickapoo....EVER!!!
